If I'm being honest, once February hits, I'm always dreaming of spring. I'm ready for some color and sunshine and spring style gives me something to look forward to. This year we've released our spring collection a little earlier and it's 100% helping with my winter blues. I'm loving this year's spring trends, so let's dive into what inspired this collection.
The 2023 spring forecast is shaping up to be really bright and colorful, and sparkly too! As I designed our spring collection, I really wanted to bring in a lot of color and volume and shimmer too. You'll notice it feels like very much a pastel party- continuing a lot of the fun we saw in holiday!
Here are just of few notes on what's inspiring me now:
- Glazed nails. Hailey Beiber really amplified this trend and I've now worn a glazed mani in no less than four colorways. It's a must-try! This shows up in our collection with irridecent studs and shimmering acrylic earrings.
- Disco fever. We decorated and styled with them in the holidays- and now I've brought them to your ears. There's just something so beautiful about a mirror ball and the light reflections that disco balls create. We're still smitten! These disco accessories are incredible.
- Gemstones and pearls. Pearl accessories are still having such a moment. They aren't being worn as a fussy or stifling accessory anymore. We love seeing pearls mixed with leather, hanging from hoops and used on non-traditional styles like pearl ear cuffs too.
- Pastels (especially purple). Purple has never been my favorite color- until now. This season all shades of lilac and lavender have taken the front seat. But you'll also continue to see lots of pink (Hello Barbiecore), soft greens, yellows and more.
- Floral frenzy. Florals for spring- how groundbreaking. I know. But it's hard to imagine spring without some floral inspo. We've brought in some petal shapes this season and I'm just in love with how they translated to leather earrings. They are super lightweight and soft, just like you would imagine a flower earring to feel.
